Job description:

  • Work direct with customer, listen customers suggestion, manage project to get designing plan.
  •  Develop interior and exterior design creative on professional architect design system such as: Autocad, Sketch-up, 3D Max,Photoshop .etc. Good render edit is a bonus.
  • Teamwork with other position to have best designing idea until customer approve.

Benefits:

  • Base salary: 10 to 15 million VNĐ ( negotiable in interview time)

  •  Salary will improve every 6 months on experience reviewing of company
  • Travel every year

Other requirement:

  • Graduated  architecture or interior design
  • 2 years’ experience in luxury apartment or house designing is a plus
  • Good knowledge in design system, web site design
  • Responsible in work and able to work individual such as teamwork.
  • Adaptive, quick and organization.

Tele SALE:

  • Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Manage customer information on company data.
  • Set up an appointment or evaluate potential customers. Receiving required information or feedback from customers.
  • Teamwork with other position to get an achievement.
  • Complete the targets set in quantity, quality of calls and orders by day, week, quarter and year

Benefits:

  • Salary 5 to 7 million VNĐ (plus commission from 1%)
  • Training salary : 80% of normal salary
  • Training sales skills in the furniture industry
  • Marketing fee and tool will be supported by company

Other requirement:

  • Good communication and confidential
  • Experience about real estate is a plus
  • Graduated from Intermediate or higher
  • Knowledge in computer and internet.
